Core Features

APP

Dedicated Mac app

The current build uses a dedicated Mac desktop app plus extension, with adaptive narrow, medium, and wide layouts.

PDF

Multi-page preview

Preview page count, move between pages, and print the current page, all pages, or a custom range.

CHK

Real status checks

Checks helper and printer separately, and shows real queue status instead of one shared badge.

SIZE

Faster batch jobs

Supports saved custom sizes, page ranges, and compressed multi-page printing to reduce pauses between labels.

What the current build already handles

  • Avoids the blurry barcodes and QR codes often caused by Chrome's default print flow
  • Desktop app supports multi-page PDF preview with Previous and Next page navigation
  • Shows helper state and printer state separately during Check Printer
  • Supports adaptive narrow, medium, and wide Mac window layouts
  • Focused on Zebra ZP505, while still letting you try other local printer queues

Chrome extension plus desktop app

The latest build now uses a packaged Mac desktop app with the same optimized print flow, while keeping the Chrome extension entry point.

Preview page by page

Multi-page PDFs can now be previewed page by page with previous and next controls before printing.

Separate helper and printer checks

Helper registration and printer availability are now shown as separate states, so the app no longer reports the same signal twice.

Compressed multi-page printing

Batch jobs now send less data to the printer, which reduces pauses between labels while keeping custom sizes and page ranges.

Start printing in three steps

1

Install extension

Install the Chrome extension and the packaged Mac desktop app so Chrome can talk to the local print bridge.

2

Connect printer

Run Check Printer to confirm helper status, printer status, and the macOS queue you want to use.

3

Start printing

Preview the PDF page by page, choose size and pages, then print the current page, all pages, or a range.
